Refund policy

General Terms and Conditions:

Refund Amount:

If the refund request meets all the requirements and it is approved:

  • For Visa B1/B2:

    • If Client has received the payment order of consular fees: 50% of the price of the service will be refunded.
    • If Client has NOT received the payment order of consular fees: 100% of the price of the service will be refunded.
  • For Canada Visa:

    • If the application has not been submitted to the Canadian Authorities: 100% of the price of the service and consular fees will be refunded.
    • For any other status: 50% of the price of the service will be refunded. Remark:Consular fees will only be refunded when they have not been paid to the Government of Canada.
  • Exclusions:

    Remark: We recommend that you contact our Customer Service for any refund requests. Requesting a refund through your bank (charge dispute) does not guarantee you the reimbursement of our service fee and is a slower process than contacting our Customer Service.
