Said acceptance will be an express and clear declaration by the User that they have read these Terms and Conditions and understand that he/she will be automatically bound to them when confirming the payment of the selected Service. The confirmation of payment for the selected Service also confers the status of Customer (hereinafter, "you", “your”, "the Customer") on the User. Therefore, we encourage Users to read these Terms and Conditions before hiring the services offered through this website.

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with new legislative and/or jurisprudential requirements and/or business needs or interests, at any time and without prior notice to the User and/or Customer. The updated version of these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately, at the same time it is published on this website.

These Terms and Conditions will always be available on this website, so that the User and/or Customer can consult them at all times.

Our Assistance Services

We provide easy Immigration application forms and professional assistance during the process of fulfillment, so that you can submit a mistake-free application before the U.S Citizens and Immigration Services Office (hereinafter, “the/our assistance services”).

Our assistance services include:

  • Eligibility test when requesting a specific Immigration application forms.

  • Assistance while fulfilling the selected Immigration application form.

  • A review of the information provided in the form by our Customer Service in order to check the Customer has fulfilled all the information required in the immigration application form and, when necessary, to contact the Customer to guarantee the personal data and private information you have provided is updated, truthful and complete and/or to request additional information.

  • Obtaining (i) the selected immigration application form in PDF format ready to be downloaded and printed in order to be sent to the U.S Citizens and Immigration Services Office or other governmental agencies and (ii) step-by-step instructions on how to send your immigration application and pay the government fees.

  • A 24/7 multilingual Customer Service that is available to attend general information inquiries regarding the immigration application forms, as well as to resolve any doubts that may arise while completing the desired immigration form. For further information, please see the “Customer Service” section.

Important notes:

  • The eligibility test forms have been created following the information published by the U.S Citizens and Immigration Services Office and only indicates whether you meet minimum eligibility requirements to apply for U.S. citizenship. The test’s result does not guarantee approval or denial of the Immigration application form by the U.S Citizens and Immigration Services Office as denial of an application may be based on other reasons, informed or not by this Office.

  • The Customer is the only one in charge to submit by him/herself the Immigration application form before the U.S Citizens and Immigration Services Office. The Services and, therefore, the liability of the Company, is limited to provide the Customer with a correct and complete Immigration application form and the corresponding instructions on how to submit it.

  • Approval or denial of the immigration application is an exclusive competence of the U.S Citizens and Immigration Services Office. Therefore, under no circumstance the Company will be held responsible for the outcome of the application.

Hiring our Assistance Services

To hire our assistance services, you must bear in mind the following information and requirements:

  • You must be an adult and have legal capacity to enter into contracts, according to the applicable national laws and regulations of your birth and/or residence country.

  • If the Immigritation application form is for a minor, you must be his/her parent and/or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to carry out the verifications it deems appropriate to verify the above mentioned facts, adopting the corresponding due diligence measures in accordance with current applicable legislation.

Steps to request our assistance services:

Step 1: Choose the Immigration application form of your interest.

Step 2: Conduct the eligibility test.

Step 3: Create an account and accept the present Terms and Conditions or sign in if you already have an account/are a registered user.

Step 4: Pay the Immigration application form selected. Please see the “Costs” and “Payments” sections of these Terms and Conditions in this regard.

Step 5: Access your private account and fill out the Immigration application form selected.

Important notes:

  • You must provide truthful, accurate, completed and updated personal data and/or information on the immigration application form selected in order to not delay the application process.

  • The immigration application form selected will be available to be downloaded and printed for a maximum of a year on the Customer’s profile page. Once this period elapses, the form will be removed from the Customer’s profile page.

  • The Customer will only be required to provide the personal data and information strictly required by the U.S Citizens and Immigration Services Office. If you provide us with more information than what is expressly required, you consent to the processing of this information for the purpose/s for which you're sending it, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • In the event that you provide us with a third party personal data when completing a immigration application form on his/her/their behalf, whether he/she is an adult or a minor, you guarantee to us that (i) you have informed the data subject about the purposes of processing his/her personal data and (ii) you have the data subject’s consent to communicate his/her personal data to us, except if the data subject is a minor and you are his/her parent and/or legal guardian.   • By entering your payment information and confirming the payment of the costs of the selected Immigration application form (i) you confirm your willingness to hire our private assistance services and (ii) you acknowledge you have been informed and agree with the costs shown.

  • The assistance services will only be provided once the payment of the costs of the selected immigration application form has been authorized and confirmed. You will receive a payment confirmation email with your Order ID*. At this point, the services provision contract is considered formalized and these Terms and Conditions enter into force and are binding on you and the Company. If the payment of the costs is not confirmed, we reserve the right to not initiate the provision of our assistance services.

*Please note the Transaction ID may be required by our Customer Service in order to correctly identify in our information systems as our Customer, before addressing your queries and/or requests.

Costs

The costs of an Immigration application are the following:

  • A private fee rate for our assistance services which will vary depending on the Immigration application form selected.

  • The fees established by the U.S. Government which will also may vary depending on the Immigration application form selected.

The total costs will be shown on the payment page. For further clarification regarding this section, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team.

Important notes:

  • Our private fee for the assistance services does not include the fee charged by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Office for assessing an immigration application form.

  • Our private fees may change from time to time due to business strategy, objectives or needs. The new service fee will be effective immediately, at the same time it is published on this website, not being necessary prior notice to Users and/or Customers. However, the new service fee is not retroactive and it will not affect Customers who have already hired our assistance services before the change.

  • The U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services Office can also modify its fees at any time, which is a circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

  • The Company will not be held responsible for any foreign exchange fees and/or surcharges imposed by your bank to the payment transaction. We will not provide you with any compensation or refund for such circumstances.

Payments

You may use different methods of payment to hire our assistance services. The payment methods we accept are indicated on our website and/or the payment page of the Services. Do not attempt to make a payment in a way other than those specified on our website. If you do, we will not be liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may arise from this action.

By confirming the payment of the costs our private fee you acknowledge and confirm that:

  • You have been informed and agree with the costs of the Services.

  • The debit/credit card used for the payment is yours or you are the legitimate holder. Therefore, the Company will not assume any responsibility in case you are not the holder or legitimate holder of the card, since this circumstance is beyond our reasonable control. However, if necessary, the Company will provide appropriate cooperation to the Customer and/or law judicial and/or police authorities, for the detection and/or investigation of fraudulent operation(s) linked to the debit or credit card used to make payment of the Services.

Please be informed that:

  • If your debit/credit card has been blocked/declined/expired, we will be unable to process the payment of our private service fee and, therefore, the assistance services will not be provided. For any financial issues you might be experiencing, please contact your bank.

  • Credit cards may be subjected to checks and authorizations by the issuing bank. If said entity does not authorize the intended payment, the assistance services will not be provided. We will not assume any type of responsibility for lack of provision and/or delays in the provision of the assistance services due to delays in approving the planned charge and/or denial of the transaction.

Merchant of Record

The Merchant of Record will make and manage the collection of our private service fee and, where appropriate, refunds requests. Please see the "Refund Policy" section of the present Terms and Conditions for further information.

The Merchant of Record has put in place the maximum measures to ensure the reliability and security of communications and interactions between the Users and/or Customers and this website in a completely secure manner. In this regard, please note that the payment card data is transmitted directly through a secure connection to the information systems of our payment service provider(s). Therefore, we do not have access to or store your complete payment card data.

The Merchant of Record will also issue the invoice for the charges made, when required by the Customer to the Customer Service. The Customer expressly authorizes the Merchant of Record to send the invoice in an electronic format, although you can also indicate to our Customer Service your desire to receive a paper invoice, in which case we will send it in this format to the postal address that you indicate to us.

Technical means for correcting errors

If you find a mistake in your Immigration application form when you downloaded and printed it, you can contact our Customer Service in order to help you to correct it.

If you detect an error in the charges made by the Merchant of Records on your bank statement you can contact our Customer Service, by email  or through this Contact form, to request information on the charge made and, when appropriate, the situation will be regularized.

Refund Policy

We strive to consistently improve our professional assistance services, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a refund of our private service fee explaining your reasons. Your feedback regarding our professional assistance services is appreciated and valuable for us.

Refund requests must be submitted to our Customer Service department, by email  or through this .

If you have fulfilled and paid for multiple Immigration application forms, each refund request needs to be sought individually. Please bear in mind that you will be required to provide the Transaction ID of each form which is informed with our payment confirmation email in order to properly identify in our information systems and confirm you are our Customer.

Important notes:

  • The refund request must be made within a maximum period of 6 months of receiving our payment confirmation email of our assistance services. After this period of time, no refund requests will be approved, except in particular cases, depending on the circumstances of the Customer.

  • The refund request will be evaluated within 72 hours of its receipt. Our Customer Service Department will review the reasons and the particular circumstances of your case in order to assess the approval or denial of the refund requested. In any case, the customer will be informed of the outcome of his/her request.

  • If a refund request is approved:

    • The refund will be issued within 72 hours from the data of approval via the same payment method used to pay for our assistance services.

    • A confirmation email will be sent as soon as the refund has been issued.

    • Depending on your bank entity, the refunded amount can take up to ten (10) business days to be received.

Withdrawal Right

In accordance with the exceptions established by the currently applicable laws and regulations, being the Immigration application form a clearly personalized document, as it contains your personal data and information as applicant, the right of withdrawal is not applicable and, therefore, it cannot be exercised by the Customer.

Exemption from Responsibility

In accordance with the “Our Assistance Services”, “Hiring our Assistance Services” and “Payments” sections of these Terms and Conditions, the Company will not assume any responsibility for the following circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control:

  • The Customer does not submit or is late in submitting their application form before the U.S Citizens and Immigration Services Office. Please bear in mind that, as informed, the Customer has to submit the application by him/herself.

  • The time it takes the the U.S Citizens and Immigration Services Office to evaluate an immigration application.

  • The U.S Citizens and Immigration Services Office’s decision (approval or denial) regarding the immigration application form as it is their exclusive competence.

  • The denial of an immigration application by the U.S Citizens and Immigration Services Office as a result from fraudulent, erroneous, incomplete, and/or inaccurate information provided by the Customer within the immigration application form. Please bear in mind that, as informed, the Customer has to fulfill the immigration application form with updated, truthful and complete information as the Customer possesses said information and the Company has no choice but to trust that the data provided by the Customer is true and complete.

  • Delays in knowing the U.S Citizens and Immigration Services Office’s decision (approval or denial) regarding your application because the Office has identified fraudulent, erroneous, incomplete, and/or inaccurate information and has indicated to you (the applicant) that it must be amended.

Likewise, the Company will not be held responsible if:

  • The Customer is not an adult nor who has the legal capacity to contract in accordance with the laws and regulations of his/her country and hire the Services. The Company will not assume any responsibility for access to this website by Users under the required legal age according to the applicable laws and regulations of their country of birth or residence, it being the sole responsibility of parents and/or legal guardians to exercise adequate control over the activity and/or use of the Internet by their dependent minors; nor is the Company responsible for preventing their access to websites whose content is not suitable or recommended for minors, or the sending of personal data without the prior authorization of their parents or legal guardians.

  • The Company has received an adult’s personal data and/or private information, by means of the Immigration application form, by an individual without having requested his/her consent to communicate his/her personal data to us. In such case, the Company will inform the interested person how his/her personal data and/or private information has been collected and, where appropriate, we will ask the individual who provided the personal data to the Company to confirm he/she requested the consent of the data subject and, where appropriate, to resolve this situation.

  • The Company has received a minor’s personal data and/or private information, by means of the Immigration application form, provided by an individual who is not his/her parent and/or legal guardian. However, as soon as the Company detects and/or becomes aware of this circumstance, it will proceed to take the appropriate measures to fix the situation.

  • The assistance services are not initiated due to service fee cannot be charged due the Customer is experiencing financial issues.

The Company will not provide refund or financial compensation to Customers for any of the above reasons.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions have been created and will be governed by the applicable laws and regulations in force in Spain.

In case of any controversy or disagreement that may arise or be related between the user and/or Client and the Company by these Terms and Conditions, it will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and/or competent courts of the place of residence of the User and/or Customer.

The non-exercise by the Company of any right provided or derived from these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed, under any circumstances, as a waiver of said right, unless expressly and in writing renounced by the Company or by the legal prescription of the action, according to the applicable current law or regulation.

The nullity, total or partial, of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, will not affect the validity of the other provisions.

The Customer Service department will attend to questions, suggestions and/or complaints related to the professional assistance services that the Company offers in relation to Immigration application forms. Likewise, this Service will manage the reimbursement requests that, where appropriate, the Customer makes.

The communications of each Customer are carefully reviewed, individually, so an attempt will be made to respond in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within the period established by the applicable laws and applicable regulations.

In order to properly identify and confirm in our information systems that the interested person who has contacted the Customer Service is or has indeed been a Client of the Company, as well as for reasons of security and confidentiality of personal data. The Customer Service agents may request: (i) the Order number of your order that was provided with the email confirming the payment of our professional services fee and/or (ii) some of your identifying data, before proceeding to attend and respond to the request made.
